The Project is currently in the design and permitting stage, and is scheduled to start construction during the fourth quarter of 2010. HVS plans to finalize its contract with an Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC) contractor in the second quarter of 2010 to complete the final design, procure all materials, supplies, equipment, etc, and construct the Project.
